Thank you for your interest in receiving your
future account statements through the MyKeptData
service available via the internet. We are pleased
to make this service available to you at no
additional cost. This service will let you obtain
your statement faster.
You can gain access to your MyKeptData statements
by using any type of computer that is hooked up to
the internet. You need to use as a browser either
Microsoft Explorer version 4.04 or higher or
Netscape version 4.0 or higher. You will also need
to run an Acrobat reader version 4.0 or higher to
view your statements. The MyKeptData site includes
links to sites from which you can download all of
the required software. You will need a printer if
you want to create a paper copy of your statements.
Periodically, you may receive promotional
information from the credit union on products and
services.
If you choose to print your statements from the
MyKeptData site it will be in the same format and
contain the same information as the statements that
you would have received by mail.
If after using the MyKeptData service to obtain
your statement you decide you want to return to
receiving your statement by mail, simply contact the
credit union and request this change.
You will receive an e-mail message to alert you
each time a new statement becomes available to you.

Once in the MyKeptData site you choose your own 4 to
10 digit password. Your password can be composed of
a combination of numbers and/or letters. Your
password is case sensitive. Your password cannot
contain any special characters such as, punctuation
marks, slashes, etc.
Memorize your password or keep it in a safe
place. If at any time you believe your password is
no longer secure, contact us to arrange for a new
password. Your account information will not be
shared by the credit union with other companies.
You must notify us with any changes in your
e-mail address. You can do this on the MyKeptData
site or by contacting us. You may contact us in
person, by writing, or by calling us.
